1. What Information Do We Collect?

Information you provide to us. We collect information you give us when you create an account, request a demo, contact us, or use the Services. This may include:

  • Name, job title and company
  • Work email address and phone number
  • Username, password and other login credentials
  • Billing contact details
  • Messages, feedback and support requests you send us

Information from connected tools and your organization. When you or your organization connect third-party tools to the Services, such as email, messaging, ERP or file storage, we receive the information needed to provide the Services. This can include business communications and the names and contact details of people you work with, such as colleagues, suppliers and manufacturers. Your organization controls these connections and decides what data flows into the Services.

Information collected automatically. When you visit or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language preference, referring URLs, pages viewed, general location (such as country or city), and how you interact with the Services. This information does not directly identify you by name.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information to:

  • Create and manage accounts and authenticate users
  • Provide, operate and maintain the Services
  • Respond to questions and provide customer support
  • Send administrative messages, such as service updates, security alerts and billing notices
  • Send marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time
  • Protect the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Analyze usage to fix problems and improve the Services
  • Create aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to understand and improve the Services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI service providers to train their models on it.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf under contracts that limit their use of the data, including cloud hosting and infrastructure, communication and collaboration tools, data analytics, AI processing, and customer support tools.
  • Your organization. If you use the Services through your employer's account, your organization's administrators can access information in that account.
  • At your direction. When you connect a third-party tool or ask us to share information.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of SuperChain, our users or others.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

Yes. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand how the Services are used, and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Services work.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or longer if required or permitted by law. When your account closes, we delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it for legal, security, billing or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

No. The Services are intended for business users who are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe a minor has provided us information.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

You can review, update or close your account at any time by contacting us.

  • Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew.
  • Opting out of marketing. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. If we send you text messages, reply STOP to opt out. We will still send you necessary account and service messages.
  • State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state law to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If your information came to us through your organization's account, we may direct your request to that organization, since it controls that data.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. Because no uniform standard for DNT signals has been adopted, we do not currently respond to them.
